*Style Assessments are available in our store locations to help identify your ideal wardrobe and fashion needs. The style assessments will help our stylist pick out the perfect pieces for your wardrobe. Also available via email by emailing entersamirascloset@gmail.com

*Alterations are available for our in-store customers.

*Personal Shopping/ One on one shopping during and after business hours are available through appointments at our store location.

*Style Concierges who are trained within the image industry will be available to customers on a daily basis.

Exchange or store credit only within 7 calendar days of purchase or item received (NO CASH RETURNS).


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Online orders: Items must be returned within 7 days upon delivery of merchandise or the return will not be accepted.

Additional non-returnable items - these items are final sale:

  • Gift Cards
  • ALL Sale Items
  • Items that did not come from Samira's Closet or www.samirascloset.com

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable - including all refused and unaccepted packages.
